The Hand and Flowers:

We have two new delicious deishes on the menu this week: Loch Duart Salmon ’Gravadlax’ with Apple Pancake, Lemon Verbena, Crème Fraiche and Avruga Caviar and Roast Grapefruit and White Chocolate Bavarois with Provence Sponge and Bay Leaf Ice Cream.

Also we welcome Daisy and Christiana to the team.

The Coach:

Next weekend we will be celebrating National Burger day.

We also have a new dish on the menu: Fillet of Sea Bream with Lemon Verbena and Crab Ravioli
