We have two new delicious desserts on the menu this week:

Blueberry Soufflé with Parma Violet Ice Cream and Verbena Custard,

Gooseberry and White Chocolate Bavarois with Provence Sponge and Bay Leaf Ice Cream.

The Coach:

The Steak Tartare with Smoked Brisket Oil and fried Quail’s Egg is back on the menu.

Danielle and Antonio started this week.

Tom:

Tom will be attending the Sandringham Food Festival on Saturday 5th August.
