We have two fantastic new dishes on the menu this week:

Slow Cooked Duck Breast with Duck and Sweet Pea Tart , Morello Cherry and Girolles, 

Apple and Custard Slice with Bramley Sorbet.

The Coach:

We have added a delicious new Pulled Pork Lasagne to our menu this week.

Tom:

Congratulations to our Coral and Gav on their wedding, wishing you every happiness for the future.

Also well done to everyone at the Restaurant Awards on their fantastic achievements.
