The Hand and Flowers:

We now offer a fantastic new cocktail called Eight after Midnight, containing Jack Daniels, Peppermint Cartron Liqueur, Fernet Branca, Mozart Dark Chocolate and Double Cream.

We also have a delicious new dish on the menu this week, Slow Cooked Duck Breast “à l’Orange” with Duck Ragout, Girolle and Rillotte Tart.

The Coach:

We have a new addition to the menu this week: Honey Glazed Bacon with English Peas, Gem and Mint.

Tom:

We are really looking forward to The National Restaurant Awards on Monday night.
