The Hand and Flowers:
We have a fantastic new dish on the menu this week: “Fish Du Jour” with Cuttlefish Dolma, White Asparagus, Bottarga and Charred Lemon Puree.
We wish Tom Fenemer a very Happy 21st Birthday for Wednesday.
The Coach:
This week we have a delicious new dish, Cornish Pollock Scotch Egg with Wild Garlic Velouté on the menu.
We also welcome Otto to our Kitchen team.
