We are delighted to welcome three new demi chefs  - Mike , Chris and Dave to the Hand and Flowers this week

There are two new dishes on the menu this week:

Salmon Scotch Egg with Sorrel Beurre Blanc and

Smoked Ox Tongue, Crispy Cheek and Sauce Gribiche

This week we also welcomed Emma to the Front of House team 

Tom’s News

Tom will return to your screens on Tuesday 29th March on Bake Off Creme de la Creme at 8.00pm on BBC Two

On August 13, Tom will be returning aboard Belmond British Pullman to prepare a seasonal tasting menu, each course paired with fine wines and Champagne.
