This week we welcomed two new demi Chefs to our kitchen - Joe & Ben
We also introduced two new delicious dishes to the menu:
"Fish Du Jour” with Cornish Crab Baba Ghanoush, Potato and Lovage Cracker and Chablis Dressing
Half Beer Roast Chicken with Citrus Braised Chicory, Pumpkin, Maple and Coffee Purée and Oak Gravy
Meanwhile Nick and Aaron took part in a successful trip to Miami with Estrella
The Coach:
