The Shed - Chase Distillery

Tom Kerridge and the team behind The Hand and Flowers are delighted to announce that they are collaborating with Chase Distillery for a special evening on Friday 5th April in their private dining room, The Shed.

Chase Original Potato Vodka

James Chase, Global Brand Ambassador for Chase and The Hand and Flowers’ Head Chef Aaron Mulliss will be hosting the evening for 8 guests. The menu will pair potato-based vodka and gin cocktails with some iconic dishes from The Hand and Flowers. Guests will be welcomed with cocktail The Great Chase, in The Shed’s private courtyard before moving inside. The menu will offer dishes such as Treacle Cured Fillet of Beef with Pomme Anna and Red Wine Sauce and Choux a la Crème with Yorkshire Rhubarb, Ginger Parkin and Rhubarb Sorbet, paired with Chase Distillery’s Chase Martini and Rhubarb Orchard cocktails. The Pommes Anna will even be made from Chase’s famous potatoes.

Chase Distillery is Britain’s first field to bottle distillery. Their home-grown potatoes are distilled and hand crafted on the family farm in Herefordshire to create award winning Chase Vodka; which in turn gets redistilled with carefully selected botanicals to make their range of gins. Unlike most other distilleries Chase opt out of buying in readymade, neutral grain spirit and in their quest for traceability in the industry, only using locally grown ingredients from their fields, giving true provenance.
