This week Gavin has welcomed a new coravin wine by the glass;
Prieuré de Saint Jean de Bébian - Languedoc-Roussillon, France 2008
Named after the priory that sits on the grounds by The Monks of St Jean Bebian. Flavours of dark raspberry, plum, liquorice and clove.
We have also added a new Venison dish onto our A La Carte main menu;
Loin of Cotswold Venison with Date Purèe, Salt Baked Parsnip and Stilton, Game and Bacon Pie
