Happy 3rd Birthday to us!!!
3 years ago on Monday 1st December 2014 we opened our doors to the public, it has been an amazing 3 years and we couldn't be prouder of the team. Huge thanks to Nick Beardshaw, our head chef Tom De Keyser and chef de partie Joe Downey for being there every step of the way. Big, big love to team Coach!
To help celebrate this week, we have added Mallard Wellington with Compressed Pear and Red Chicory to the 'Meat Selection' of our menu and also welcomed Jessica to our kitchen team.
