Tom Kerridge joining Stock Exchange Hotel, Manchester

GG Hospitality is pleased to announce that the Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester will open in Q4 of this year following an extensive restoration of the 1906 Edwardian building. The company is also very proud to announce that the food and beverage operation within the Stock Exchange Hotel will be overseen by chef Tom Kerridge.

The Shed Presents 2019!

The Shed Presents kicked off on Tuesday 14th May with Gary Usher, close friend of Tom and Chef Patron of Wreckfish, Burnt Truffle, Hispi, Pinion Bistro and most recently Kala in Manchester. Seating just eight guests, diners at The Shed sat metres from Gary and senior members of Tom's creative team. The chefs chatted to the guests as they prepared a one of a kind surprise menu, exclusively for that evening.
